At Ultrasound Blinds, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on replacement parts for all of our interior shading systems, along with 1 year of free call-outs.
What’s Covered?
- Complete System Protection: Our warranty covers the entire system, including hardware, against corrosion, warping, color fading, and operating mechanisms. Electronics are also fully protected.
- Exclusions: The only exception is fabric, which is subject to individual supplier warranties. These are available upon request.
Hassle-Free Support
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within the guarantee period, your products are fully covered. Please note, labor costs for call-outs are not included. After the guarantee period ends, any required call-outs will incur a service charge.
